ClipTone is a video-ringtone player. ClipTone enables your device to play video as ringing tones for incoming calls if your device does not have this built-in functionality

How to use ClipTone:

Install the ClipTone file on your device and open it.
Open Profiles->Ringing Tone and select a video. You can do the same for a Contact in your Phonebook.
You will find all your video files on the Ringing Tone selection list of your Profiles or Phonebook contacts – just choose the video you want and your incoming calls will start coming in colourful sounds and motion.

You can also make a video of your own with the built-in video recorder which you can also attach as a ringing tone to incoming calls.
